We slept next to a park and wake up surprised, we were right next to the Saturday market with pleiiin people around us ....
Advantage is a clearing to see a beautiful Marae. There are so many Paua on the walls around it shines like glitter. It is superb.

But the rain begins to fall one shot back of the van quickly. We want to go see the gardens of the city with the thermal pools but a huge shade water falling on us!
So we took the decision to change our trip and do it backwards. Because normally the next few days we should go to areas of the volcanoes in the rain but not much interest. So we start from the opposite side and hence we can forget in a few days fingers crossed that they shine!
We will therefore in Tauranga and once there you realize it's nothing special to see and that the coup was made a huge detour for nothing ... .. Cambridge City Hop

was able to walk in different types of gardens: Japanese, Italian, American, Chinese, Indian .... It was great!
There was even a perfume garden with plants and flowers very fragrant. It was impressive in reaching the smell, even in winter!
It then goes into the center, the museum (free of course).
Luckily it falls on a workshop led by a Maori woman who explains all the musical instruments and thereby demonstrations. Awesome!
We then visited a gallery Maori canoe with a huge time and galleries of drawings and funny photo.

There is also a space on the painters of New Zealand.
Leaving it will take a turn in the center and we will see the film because of scheduling Cedric wants to see "Night at the Museum 2" because Alain Chabat plays inside. The meeting is at 6:30, great. We return to the van to eat, then just as Cedric I dream of a McDonalds. But of course as it is in a mall when I arrive at 6am before it is closed! So I guzzler mini-moros (Cadbury version of Mars) purchased from the Warehouse. It's weird to see a film in English even if it's not the first I always say that the subtitles will appear like magic! And no! Good
was not a very intellectual movie of the sudden we understand!
Leaving the movie we went to bars filled! Like it is that 9am is weird! Oh but we forgot the match France-New Zealand! We request the results to a bartender who tells us that 27-22.Pour? France. Yupi I hops on lace, the bartender is a little mouth, but we said congratulations. The next is June 20 in Wellington and this one we will see in a bar!
