The cabinet held this Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at State Palace Ambohitsorohitra adopted the bill authorizing ratification of a loan agreement, the first agreement loan made by the High Authority of the transition. "This additional funding will enable to increase by 60 000 tons of rice production in the lower Mangoky with an extension of about 15 000 ha of rice fields. 15 000 ha of which 5,000 will be allocated to culture in-house "said the statement from the presidency of the HAT. Thus, the transition regime seems to have passed this bill to boost rice production to fight against the rising price of this commodity.
